Due to COVID-19, The Facial Pain Center Has Suspended All Non-emergency and Elective Services Through April 13
The health and well-being of our patients, doctors, team members and the communities that we serve is our top priority. In accordance with the Minnesota Governor’s Executive Order and recommendations from the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, Minnesota Dental Association and American Dental Association, The Facial Pain Center has suspended all non-emergency and elective dental services through April 13. This will help reduce the potential for exposure at our clinics and help keep our patients, team members and community healthy. It also allows critical resources to flow to those most in need and supports those that are on the forefront of this outbreak.
We are committed to our patients and remain open for dental emergencies.
If you are an existing The Facial Pain Center patient and you are experiencing a dental emergency, please contact your regular The Facial Pain Center practice. Our phones are being answered and team members are available to answer your questions and provide instructions for receiving emergency treatment.
For your safety and the safety of health care providers, please call your regular The Facial Pain Center practice and do not visit an urgent care clinic or an emergency room for your dental care needs.
If you have an upcoming appointment, a team member will be reaching out to reschedule. Again, if you have questions, please feel free to call your regular The Facial Pain Center practice. Our phones remain open and a team member will be happy to assist you and answer any questions.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and will follow guidance from our elected leaders, local health departments, ADA, MDA, and CDC. As new information is made available, we will be deciding week-to-week when we will reopen for regular business. Please refer to our website for the latest information.
We thank all of our patients, doctors, and team members for their patience and understanding during these uncertain times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Your oral health is extremely important to us and we look forward to the opportunity to care for you again in the near future.
